We went to my doctor on Thursday because I was having some pains on the left side of my rib cage that they wanted to check out. More than likely I pulled something as those muscles are stretching so much that they are very easy to pull. Doc just said to take Tylenol and ice/heat it and we'll check up on it when we go back next week. It hurts mostly when I am sitting for long periods so I try to stretch it out as much as possible.
While we were there, we got to hear Baby Welte's heartbeat on the doppler for the first time. We have seen it flickering on the screen twice now, but to hear it was the coolest thing ever. Our little active guy/girl was just as active that day with a HB of 155. (Not his/her highest yet) It is just amazing to think of what is going on inside of me. We're so in love with this little baby already and with each other. Burton tells me everyday that he "loves me SO much!" and that makes me feel so special (especially as I start to get a little bigger).
Well, we have to start/finish our Christmas shopping today.
