Three months to go!

Hello everyone! I know it has been a long time since I last "blogged" so I will try to catch up. April has been one of the busiest, most difficult months I have ever been through...but also extremely fun! The beginning of the month was my 26th birthday (getting closer to 30) then April 10, we flew to California for my sister's wedding. I have also been studying and writing papers to finish my first semester of grad school which has been much harder than I ever imagined, but it will all be worth it. Finally, last night my friend Jill got married and I stood up in that wedding (pic above from last night). So, there has been a lot of stress, but also some very memorable times, but I have certainly fallen behind on wedding plans.
This weekend Burton and I have decided we are going to get caught up. We are picking out tuxes this week for the guys, finalizing the guest list, starting to think about the bar and rehearsal plans. I have to get the invitations out by May 12, so my friend Nicole is helping me get those together in a couple weeks. At the end of May, Kate and I are working on decorations and other little details.
I am really looking forward to my family shower on May 17 and I thank everyone who has been working so hard to make it special for me. My bridesmaids are also throwing me one in June that is going to be a blast!
Hopefully things are going to calm down the next couple weeks. I only have one class for 7 weeks starting May 4. I need to get back to the gym, planning and spending time with Burton!
Three months to go!!! I cannot wait!
