The Cutest Flower Girl Ever!

Ok, this is really late and I apologize. Apparently being in school, working full time and planning a wedding keeps you very busy...who knew?! Jacki (Daisy's Mom) and I headed to Lansing about a month ago to take Daisy flower girl dress shopping. Just some background on our sweet little Daisy. She is extremely independent, she hates having her (long, beautiful) hair done (so much she even just got a lot of it cut off), she likes Princesses but loves "boy clothes" such as jeans and t-shirts. So, the morning before I came over Daisy had found some of her jewelry, sticker earrings and a sparkly headband...she looked so cute and was so excited to try on dresses. We started at David's Bridal and picked out 2 or 3 dresses for her to try on. The first one she tried on (pictured above) was her absolute favorite. I forgot to mention, she also likes tank-tops...so needless to say she was all about this dress. She tried on a couple more, but before she tried them on she would say "I will try it on, but I don't really want to wear it to the wedding." Again, the independent spirit...she had her mind made up! We left David's, got lunch then realized the other shops were closed already so we went to Macy's and nothing caught our eye or Daisy's. We knew the winner was the one in the pictures. She was so cute and happy in it and the sash on it comes in a little girl's size and looks adorable with it and she gets pink shoes just like the big girls. I really can't wait to see her and Owen all dolled up on the wedding day. They are going to be a big hit! I love it!
